I can reply from the same address. A message about a private account, a billing issue inside Roblox, or a Steam refund needs to go to that platform. I do not have access to those accounts.
If you are unsure which game you have, say what the title on the screen reads: SEASON 1, UPDATE 2, Robot, or a phone icon. That one detail is usually enough to point at the right guide.

Where do I send a correction?
Email [email protected] with the page URL and the store link that disagrees. I update the page when the public source supports the change.
Can you redeem a code for me?
No. Codes are entered inside the Roblox experience on your account. I only publish strings that a public page already printed.
Do you take game files?
No. Do not send APKs, mods, or Roblox scripts. I will not host them.
